How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

What if my order takes longer?

Sometimes a parcel is held for a few extra days by customs or delayed by the local carrier. It will still arrive, and you can follow it with your tracking number. If your order takes longer than 21 business days, contact us and we'll give you a 15% store credit for your next order.

Is shipping free?

Yes, every order ships free with tracking.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Customs rules depend on your country. Parcels may occasionally be checked by customs, which can add a few days to delivery. If you have any question about your country, email us before ordering.

Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Yes. Items may ship separately so you receive them as soon as possible. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our own RAVEN KRONE lipsticks are vegan and never tested on animals. Check each product page for details on other products.

How do I choose my shade?

Each product page shows the available shades. If you're not sure, email us and we'll help you choose.

How do I remove long-lasting liquid lipstick?

Use an oil-based or bi-phase makeup remover and gently wipe until clean.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are refunded or reshipped at no cost. See our Refund Policy.
